CANTV activates Ultra Zone with high speed internet at Universidad de Carabobo

The National Anonymous Telephone Company of Venezuela (CANTV) activated an Ultra Zone at the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Carabobo (UC), located in the municipality of Naguanagua, with the objective of providing high speed Internet access to students, teachers and administrative staff.

The launch of the service was attended by the president of CANTV, Iván Rafael Hernández Dala, who stressed that the state company will continue to promote actions to strengthen and optimize telecommunications in this house of studies, details a press release from the Ministry of People's Power for Science and Technology.

The Bolivarian Government, through its ministerial portfolio, guarantees access to connectivity through free high-speed Wi-Fi networks. These actions facilitate real-time communication and the development of research, training and technological innovation activities in the state of Carabobo.
