CANTV and CAVECOM articulate actions to boost the digital economy in Venezuela

CANTV representatives received members of the Venezuelan Chamber of Electronic Commerce (CAVECOM) at the El Hatillo Data Center, Miranda state, as part of actions aimed at strengthening the coordination between the public and private sectors for the development of the digital economy in the country.
During the day, the delegation took a technical tour of the facilities, where they evaluated the capabilities of the Cantv data center with a view to its incorporation into the Venezuela Digital Kit program, an initiative that seeks to promote the digitalization of more than 3 million entrepreneurs, merchants and entrepreneurs.
In this context, according to a CANTV press release, the available technological infrastructure solutions were presented, including storage services, digital security and operational continuity mechanisms, designed to guarantee the availability and security of data.
In addition, CANTV announced its portfolio of services aimed at the business sector, including high-speed connectivity, web hosting, database hosting and dedicated servers, essential for strengthening electronic commerce and digital transformation.
These capabilities are supported by the Company's fiber optic network, offering greater stability, capacity and security in information management for the productive sector. The activity was attended by representatives of CAVECOM and allied technology companies, consolidating a space for exchange aimed at strengthening the national digital ecosystem.
