CANTV answered more than 33,000 requests for 1×10 Good Governance in the first quarter of 2026

More than 33,000 requests were answered by the Venezuelan National Anonymous Telephone Company (CANTV) through the 1×10 Good Governance system during the first quarter of 2026, as part of the national plan to respond to telecommunications reports.

These requests were part of the 105,765 service refunds executed between January and March, a period in which technical crews resolved incidents in networks affected by deterioration, third-party actions, weather conditions and theft of strategic material, the Ministry of Science and Technology reported.

The 1×10 mechanism made it possible to coordinate attention with the communities organized through the Technical Telecommunications Boards (MTT), responsible for prioritizing reports and accompanying the monitoring of each case in the regions.

The company maintained a continuous deployment that included 32,971 cases in January, 32,493 in February and 40,301 in March, consolidating a pace of work aimed at normalizing services across the country.

With this management, the Venezuelan Government maintains its policy of strengthening telecommunications and expanding direct service channels to ensure the operational continuity of public services.
