As part of the Modernization Plan developed by CANTV in the national territory, several projects are being implemented in the Los Llanos region, to progressively bring the ABA Ultra service to more homes, companies and public institutions in the states of Apure, Barinas, Cojedes, Guárico and Portuguesa.
