CANTV recovered telecommunications services to more than 1,250 subscribers in Portuguese

CANTV staff carried out a special approach in the Portuguese state, with which they restored fixed telephone and Internet services to more than 1,250 residential, commercial and public institution subscribers in different sectors.


The technical staff of the state telephone company carried out corrective maintenance and adaptation of the networks, as well as the reconstruction of junctions affected by deterioration. The work also included verifying the operability of house-to-house services.


Among the municipalities served during this deployment, are: Agua Blanca, Araure, Guanare, Guanarito, Ospino, Páez, San Genaro de Boconoito, San Rafael de Oonto, Sucre and Turén.


The actions were part of the Comprehensive Failure Resolution Plan implemented by Cantv at the national level and provided answers to reports generated from the VenApp of the 1x10 Good Governance system.
