CANTV restored services to more than 2,000 subscribers in Chacao

The National Anonymous Telephone Company of Venezuela (CANTV) restored fixed telephone and Internet services to more than 2,100 residential users, businesses and institutions in the Chacao municipality of Miranda state, after resolving incidents in telecommunications networks caused by humidity and deterioration.

According to a press release, the telephone operator's technicians were deployed to respond to reports made by users through the VenApp of the 1x10 Good Governance system.

The technical work benefited residential users, banks, medical and sports centers on Luis Roche, San Juan Bosco, José Félix avenues and their surroundings.

The work carried out by the technical crews included corrective and preventive maintenance of transmission networks and equipment, changing cables, strips, sleeves, connectors, reconstructing joints and checking telephone lines.
