CANTV restored services to more than 480,000 subscribers in the first half of the year

The National Anonymous Telephone Company of Venezuela (CANTV) restored telecommunications services to more than 480,000 subscribers in various areas of the country during the first half of the year.

The tasks carried out by the technical crews included: repairs of massive faults and individual cases, corrective maintenance of cables and transmission media, modernization of copper to fiber optic networks and installation of services, among others.

According to the national company, these actions were carried out in conjunction with the Popular Power constituted by Technical Telecommunications Boards in the Capital, Center, West, East, Andes, Los Llanos and Guayana regions, a joint effort that made it possible to respond to reports made by users through the VenApp of 1×10 Good Governance.
