CANTV treated more than 23,000 cases through VenApp in Los Llanos

With a deployment in the territory, the Blue Force of the Venezuelan National Anonymous Telephone Company (CANTV) provided an effective response to more than 23,000 reports generated through the VenApp of the 1x10 Good Governance system during 2025, representing 96% of the reported cases.
With these actions, CANTV complied with President Nicolás Maduro's guidelines to guarantee solutions to communities that managed requests and requirements through this platform.
In addition to the reports managed through VenApp, the state telephone company recovered fixed telephone and Internet services to more than 47,000 families, businesses and public institutions in Los Llanos, through the Comprehensive Breakdown Resolution Plan, for a total of more than 70,000 cases treated in this region.
In the Apure state, the services of more than 12,820 subscribers were restored, while in Barinas, another 17,420 users benefited.
In Cojedes, more than 7,000 homes and businesses were served; in Guárico about 19,500 and in Portuguesa more than 13,150.
By the year 2026, specialized personnel maintain their commitment and conviction to guarantee the Venezuelan people interconnection through the networks of the country's main telecommunications company.
