In a firm step towards strengthening national technological sovereignty, the Foundation for the Development of Science and Technology (Fundacite) in the state of Carabobo held a successful Robot Assembly and Programming workshop, aimed at generating university replacement.
The initiative, according to a press release from the Ministry of People's Power for Science and Technology (Mincyt), brought together talented students from diverse and prominent houses of study in the region.
Among the participating university institutions, the Santiago Mariño Polytechnic (PSM), the Territorial Polytechnic University of Valencia (IUTVAL), and the National Experimental Polytechnic University of the Armed Forces (UNEFA) stand out.
During the intensive training day, the young participants received fundamental theoretical instruction in the field of robotics and applied their knowledge.
The practice focused on assembling advanced prototypes using the Ultimate Kit 2. 0, allowing them to experience first-hand the process of creating robotic systems.
These types of initiatives seek not only to train future professionals in technological areas, but also to promote an innovative and research spirit that contributes to the country's development.
