More than 150 women benefited from a free Subdermal Implant Day held at the Southern Maternity Hospital in the state of Carabobo.
The information was released through a publication published by the Government on its Telegram channel, in which it was detailed that this action was carried out within the framework of the “Carabobo Te Cuida” program.
Claudia Carolina Ojeda, coordinator of the Sexual and Reproductive Health Program (PROSSARE), reported that this day was held in compliance with the health policies promoted by President Nicolás Maduro and Governor Rafael Lacava.
She also extended the invitation to all the women in the entity, adding that it is a fast, safe procedure, lasting up to four years, “and most importantly, it's completely free.”
