The Venezuelan Olympic BMX medalist, Daniel Dhers, joined athletes and fans in the traditional bike ride through the capital city to say goodbye to the year.
On an 8.5-kilometer route, from Plaza Francia in Altamira to the Monoliths of Paseo Los Próceres, the platoon composed of cyclists and skaters not only residents, but also enthusiasts and professionals from La Guaira and Miranda, crossed the heart of the capital city along Avenida Francisco de Miranda, the principal of Rosal and Bello Monte, generating a striking multicolored caravan.
Dhers performs this type of sporting activity to promote physical activity and especially the use of bicycles, and bicycle riding at the end of the year has become a tradition in recent years in Caracas.
In turn, he added that the discipline's calendar successfully culminated in its founding, which aims to expand and attract the next Olympic BMX medalists.
