Caracas firefighters deployed emergency operation after the collapse of a wall in the Las Mayas sector

Members of the Caracas Fire Department deployed an emergency operation in the Coche parish, Libertador municipality, to address the vulnerability of the area and assess the risks existing after the collapse of a wall, in the Las Mayas sector, community of Santa Eduviges, facing the Sofá club.

After receiving the alert from the neighbors, the fire units immediately moved to the site to begin technical work and timely care, according to the Caracas Fire Department on their Instagram account.

Upon arriving at the site, specialized personnel noticed the collapse of the containment structure, which directly affected the infrastructure of a house in the sector. Immediately, risk inspection procedures, perimeter security were implemented to prevent major ills and preventive guidance to affected residents.

With this action, the Caracas Fire Department reaffirms its commitment to comprehensive protection, public safety and the mitigation of adverse events in vulnerable communities in the capital.
