Caracas Mayor's Office benefited more than 300 people with Health Day in Catia

More than 300 people were treated this Saturday during a comprehensive medical day, carried out by staff from the Mayor's Office of Caracas, in the Isaías Medina Angarita sector in the Sucre parish, Libertador municipality

During the deployment, 58 citizens received direct social assistance as part of a joint effort between the Mayor's Office of Caracas, the Social Support Fund Foundation (Fasac), Farmacia Caracas and the nine community councils in the area.

As part of the activity, as reported by the Venezuelan News Agency (AVN), the mayor of the Libertador municipality, Carmen Meléndez, inspected the facilities of the Consuelo Fernández National Early Childhood Education Center.

The institution is part of the school rehabilitation plan that covers at least 100 schools in the 22 parishes of Caracas, with the objective of preparing the infrastructure for the next start of the 2026-2027 school year.
