Caracas Mayor's Office provides decent spaces for victims of the double earthquake

The mayor of Caracas, Carmen Meléndez, oversaw the establishment of new areas in the San Bernardino Transitional Camp, located in the Guayana Esequiba Cultural and Sports Center.

“We continue to set up spaces such as temporary camps to protect families affected by recent earthquakes,” he said.

He also specified that these spaces are equipped to receive “people of all ages, they are preparing to receive more families and offer them a comfortable place to sleep, as well as food, health, recreation and safety”.

Finally, he reiterated that the Bolivarian Government, on instructions from President Delcy Rodríguez, protects life and offers well-being to those who need it in this national emergency.
