Caracas Mayor's Office workers collect solid waste left behind by violent groups

The mayor of Caracas, Carmen Meléndez, reported that this Tuesday, July 30, crews of workers are deployed clearing streets and avenues, in order to guarantee the free movement and tranquility of the town.

“Here we are, clearing streets and avenues. All in a team. We will not allow chaos. Our city must remain clean and in order,” Meléndez said in a post on his account on the social network X.

Meléndez stressed that they are deployed everywhere in the capital city where right-wing violent people acted, removing material scattered on sidewalks, streets and avenues,” Meléndez said.

He also called for peace, tranquility, respect for life, laws, ordinances and good coexistence.

The Mayor thanked the Popular Power for the collaboration provided by the People's Power in this great deployment in Caracas, as well as the Bolivarian National Armed Forces and the police forces.
