Caracas Metro installed smart screens to monitor user vital signs

Through its account on the social network Instagram, the Caracas Metro System highlighted the installation of new digital screens with facial intelligence technology so that users can quickly and accurately assess their vital signs and health status.
The electronic device, developed by the company Cuida Salud, in partnership with Metromedia, was installed in the mezzanine of the Plaza Venezuela station, which allows measuring blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen saturation, respiratory rate and stress levels.
These actions are performed through an automated study that does not require physical contact. In addition, the use of these technologies is part of efforts to integrate digital innovation into public services, with the objective of improving the user experience and strengthening preventive care in urban spaces.
