Caracas Metro launches awareness campaign on animal abuse

The Caracas Metro System announced the start of a general training campaign and massive approach to the animal abuse prevention front.
This communication strategy was initially deployed at Capitolio station, which will then be repeated at all stations on line one of the Metro system.
The operation involved several preventive front institutions, such as the National Institute of Land Transportation (INTT), the National Institute against Racial Discrimination of Venezuela (INCODIR), the National Office for Comprehensive Care for Victims of Violence (ONAVV), the National Accreditation Agency of Colombia, Misión Nevado, SAIME, INCES, the General Directorate of Prevention and Crime, which approached users, informing them about the services of each entity, while seeking to raise awareness of the importance to remain alert in the use of transport systems, situations of discrimination and criminal acts.
It is expected that in the coming days it will be extended to other areas to guide the community in the face of eventualities, which may be channeled and attended to by these institutions, the Ministry of People's Power for Transport explained in a press release.
