Caracas: Route of Hope brought creative workshop to camp children in Altagracia

Children and
adolescents from the Transitional Cultural Mission Camp, located in
the Altagracia parish of Caracas, participated in the workshop “The
Pedagogical Spider”, as part of the activities of the Route of Hope.
The
day was led by artisans Julio Oropeza and Laura Díaz, in
coordination with the Art Network, and allowed participants to explore new
ways of thinking and creating through the design of chandeliers made with wire.
The activity contributed to the
development of skills and abilities of children and adolescents,
while promoting an approach to art and creativity as tools
for training and recreation in temporary camps.
In this way, the Ministry for
Culture continues to bring artistic and training activities to the
temporary camps, with proposals that promote the participation, learning and
well-being of children and adolescents through art and culture.
