Carolys Pérez: The Bolivarian Revolution praises women's work in Venezuelan society

During the Al Aire Program, which broadcasts Venezolana de Televisión (VTV), Carolys Pérez, the territorial liaison of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) on the Altos Mirandinos axis, highlighted the attention paid to Venezuelan women since the arrival of Commander Hugo Chávez to power and who continue the demands of the women of the Fatherland with the President Nicolas Maduro.


“Yesterday we saw women fighting in the National Assembly for our Law and for other aspects that surely today, the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, will announce. We have come a long way in recent decades with the Bolivarian Revolution,” said Pérez.

In this regard, he explained that the role of women has been strengthened today, an example of this is thanks to the Great Venezuela Women's Mission, the debates of the 7th edition, among others.

 

According to what was published by the VTV web portal, the PSUV has proposed that the training process to consolidate gender awareness be aimed at women and men, to achieve social equality.
