Cayapa Heroica recovers medical equipment at CDI de Barinas

A multidisciplinary team of highly trained engineers and technicians from the Cayapa Heroica Plan, promoted by the Ministry of Science and Technology (MINCYT), was deployed at the Dr. Julio García Álvarez Comprehensive Diagnostic Center (CDI) in Barinas state, to evaluate and repair essential medical equipment.

After an intensive day of work, Cayapa Heroica managed to recover the functionality of seven of them, thus ensuring greater availability of resources for the diagnosis and treatment of patients.

This intervention, according to a MINCYT press release, is part of a comprehensive strategy promoted by the National Government to strengthen the Venezuelan health system, providing primary care centers with functional technological tools to build a more efficient health system.
