Chancellor Gil met with Prime Minister of Barbados at COP30

The Foreign Minister of the Republic of Venezuela, Yván Gil, highlighted his meeting with the authorities of Barbados at the United Nations Conference on Climate Change in Brazil.

“We met in Belém, where the 30th United Nations Conference on Climate Change is being held, with the Prime Minister of Barbados, Mía Amor Mottley. We have sent the greetings of President Nicolás Maduro and we reiterate Venezuela's fraternal willingness to continue strengthening the bonds of friendship, solidarity and integration between our Caribbean nations, especially in the defense of our Zone of Peace and the right to self-determination,” Gil wrote on his telegram account.
