Chancellor Gil responds to Milei: Irresponsibility is not foreign policy, it's simple nonsense

The Foreign Minister of the Republic of Venezuela, Yván Gil, stressed that Argentine President Javier Milei reiterates his profound ignorance of international law and the basic norms that govern coexistence between nations, stating that his statements constitute a direct attack on the principle of sovereignty and the Zone of Peace in Latin America and the Caribbean.
On his account on the social network Telegram, Gil argued that Milei's quoted statements are delusional.
In his statement, Milei justifies the military aggression of North American imperialism against Venezuela and the kidnapping of the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro.
In that sense, he argued that “we don't know if he acts out of ignorance, incapacity or habit, but we are sure that he is trying to hide his own internal failures”.
“Irresponsibility is not foreign policy; it's simple nonsense,” Gil said.
