The Venezuelan Jefferson Savarino was officially announced as the new player for Fluminense in Brazil, after a great cycle with Botafogo.
Savarino signed until the end of 2029, this being his third team in Brazil, after Botafogo and Atlético Mineiro.
The Venezuelan said that he is a player who likes to compete and that is why he accepted the Fluminense project. “I score goals, I give assists and I will always try to deliver that. I'm always going to do my best,” said Savarino, according to the Rio de Janeiro club's official website.
“It's going to be very important for me, enjoying myself on the field, in Maracaná, where I've played before but now it'll be my home,” he added.
In Botafogo, the Venezuelan was a key player in winning the club's first Copa Libertadores and the title of the Brasileirão.
