China and Russia strengthen ties with the signing of 22 cooperation agreements

The delegations of the Russian Federation and the People's Republic of China signed 22 cooperation documents as part of the official visit of the president, Vladimir Putin, to the Asian nation, according to information published by TASS.
After the negotiations, the Kremlin published the full list of agreements, including the Strategy for the Development of Cooperation between TASS and Xinhua agencies for the period 2026-2030.
In addition, the parties signed memorandums and signed agreements between other Russian and Chinese media.
The Russian gas company Gazprom has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Chinese energy company CNPC. In turn, the Russian financial consortium Sber concluded a cooperation agreement in the field of innovation development with Tsinghua University.
The Russian State Atomic Energy Corporation (Rosatom) and the China Atomic Energy Authority adopted a memorandum to promote joint work in the field of the peaceful use of nuclear energy.
The Russian Space Agency (Roscosmos) and the Chinese National Space Administration (CNSA) plan to cooperate to integrate the Russian scientific device for monitoring lunar dust into the Chinese spacecraft of the Chang'e-7 mission.
In educational matters, Moscow State University and Peking University signed a document for the creation of the Russian-Chinese Institute for Fundamental Research l.
In addition, Bauman State University in Moscow and Tsinghua University signed another cooperation agreement. Finally, the Russian Higher School of Economics and Peking University signed an academic exchange agreement.
Moscow and Beijing specified other documents related to health, agriculture, territorial development and phytosanitary supervision.
