China rejected US interference and actions on Venezuela

The government of the People's Republic of China expressed its full support and support for Venezuela on Thursday, while rejecting the interference and actions of the United States (US) in the country's internal affairs.

The spokeswoman for the Asian giant's Foreign Ministry, Mao Ning, indicated that Beijing rejects “the use of force or the threat of force in international relations and we oppose meddling in Venezuela's internal affairs from outside, whatever the pretext.”

The statements of Chinese diplomacy come after the patrolling of American warships in the Caribbean Sea near the Venezuelan coast, since US actions violate the sovereignty of other countries and threaten regional peace.

He also stated that Beijing “opposes any action that violates the purposes and principles of the Charter of the United Nations (UN) or violates the sovereignty and security of other countries.”
