The Government of China rejected Donald Trump's policies against the Republic of Cuba, who decided to reinstate the Caribbean country to the list of countries that promote terrorism.
In this regard, the spokesman for the Chinese Foreign Ministry, Guo Jiakun, indicated that the measures by the US government “are baseless and reveal the image of American hegemony and despotism.”
In addition, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China confirmed its support for the Cuban Government chaired by Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez.
It should be noted that Donald Trump overturned Joe Biden's decision and revoked the measure to re-include Cuba in what China denounces as a despotic mechanism that serves domination.
