China strengthens ties with Venezuela's International Center for Productive Investment

The economic and commercial councilor of the People's Republic of China, Chen Feng, and the third secretary of the Chinese Embassy in Caracas, visited this Tuesday, March 12, the president of the International Center for Productive Investment (CIIP), Alex Saab, with whom they held a working meeting to follow the progress in bilateral relations and cooperation with the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.

The information was released by Saab, through his account on the social network X, in which he specified that “we continue to make progress in boosting investment in our country, today we had a meeting with Mr. Chen Feng, Economic and Commercial Counselor and Mr. Li Cong, Third Secretary of the Embassy of the People's Republic of China”.

“We believe in the great potential of Venezuela, that's why we invite everyone to build together,” he said.

For its part, the CIIP, on its website, emphasizes that the meeting is part of the work agenda of this organization, in the promotion of friendly relations and joint work between China and Venezuela, which began in 1974 and currently maintain a bilateral link of a strategic nature for the development plans of both nations,

He points out that the scope of the bilateral relationship is currently translated into more than 600 strategic agreements, established with a humanist vision of shared development that seeks to satisfy the needs of the People.
