CICPC arrested two individuals for theft of strategic material in Bolívar

Members of the Scientific, Criminal and Criminal Investigations Corps (CICPC) arrested César Jonás Paredes Gómez and Nikky Estiven Todd for theft of strategic material.

According to information published by the director general of this Body, Douglas Rico, the arrest is the result of an investigation by officials of the Coordination of Investigations Against Organized Crime of the Tumremo Municipal Delegation, carried out in the La Victoria sector, Bolívar Street, Guasipati parish, Roscio municipality, Bolívar state.

Rico pointed out that these criminals waited until late at night, when the sector was desolate to have access to telecommunications antennas, in order to steal the cables.

The evidence seized included 24 meters of electrical conductors, an air conditioner, three breakers and a Bera BR-150 motorcycle, with no visible plates, where the antisocials moved with the material.
