CICPC clarified the murder of a man in Carabobo

Members of the Scientific, Criminal and Criminal
Investigations Corps (CICPC) were able to
clarify the murder of Edgardo Vera that occurred in Carabobo.
According to information published on
Instagram by the director of this police force, Douglas Rico, officials
of the Valencia Municipal Delegation after extensive
investigative work leading to the arrest of his perpetrator.
Rico
pointed out that with the investigations carried out, the “victim owed 150 dollars
to Carlos Alberto Tovar Forte (33), refusing to cancel the money, so an argument broke out between them, which became heated, and
Carlos opted to draw a knife and inflict a fatal wound on him, and
then leave the site, while the victim was taken to a health center where he died.”
