CICPC clarified the murder of a man in Falcón

Members of the Scientific, Criminal and Criminal Investigations Corps (CICPC) were able to clarify the murder of Manuel Bello that occurred in Falcón, according to information published on the Instagram account of the director general of this institution, Douglas Rico.
Rico specified that “Manuel Antonio Bello (54), was found dead inside his house located in the Las Chinitas sector, Northern parish, Carirubana municipality, Falcón state, so commissions from the Punto Fijo Municipal Delegation carried out the relevant investigations and arrested Carlos Humberto Bracho Colina (23) as the perpetrator of the crime.
In this regard, he indicated that “through extensive investigative work, it became known that the victim and his perpetrator had a friendship and for this reason, the deceased allowed him to enter his home, a place where Caros took advantage of the victim's carelessness, to subdue him and using a cable segment, tied him around his neck and then strangled him, and finally, fled with the deceased's cell phone, which he sold for 10 dollars.”
