CICPC clarified the murder of a young man in Barinas

Members of the Criminal and Criminal Scientific Investigations Corps (CICPC) were able to clarify the murder of Yoiser García, 25, which occurred on March 9 in the Juan Pablo II housing estate, Ramón Ignacio Méndez parish, Barinas municipality and state.

According to the information issued by the general director of this body, after “extensive technical-scientific work carried out by officials of the Coordination of Investigations of Crimes Against Persons of the Barinas Municipal Delegation”, it was possible to determine the responsibility of Franki Yolfran Cardozo Zambrano, nicknamed El Pirri, in this fact.

It became known that the victim was drinking alcoholic beverages when he had an argument with Yolfran, and three other men, “which became heated, and the perpetrators proceeded to draw firearms and shoot the victim several times, causing his death.”

Rico said that during the attack, another man who accompanied Garcia was injured, and after being discharged he moved to another state.
