CICPC dismantles child pornography network in Guarenas, Miranda state

During the broadcast of the radio program “Cicpc al Día ”, the director of the Scientific, Criminal and Criminal Investigations Corps (Cicpc), Douglas Rico, reported on the dismantling of a child pornography network in Guarenas, Miranda state.

Rico explained that after extensive investigative work by officials of the Guarenas Municipal Delegation, citizens Francisco Javier Flores González, (40) and Bárbara González Moreno (26), who, according to the investigations, were subjecting children, abusing them and then publishing the content on web pages.

The Commissioner General stressed that for this punishable act, Jefferson Alexander César González, cousin of Francisco Javier, who was responsible for capturing victims, making videos and then mounting them on those pages, is also in demand.
