CICPC held the 1st Meeting of Investigators of Crimes against Persons

With the firm intention of optimizing action protocols and raising criminal resolution standards, the Scientific, Criminal and Criminal Investigations Corps (CIDPC) held the “First Meeting of Investigators of Crimes against Persons” at the headquarters facilities in San Agustín, Caracas.
The conference brought together experts in the field of crimes against persons from the national territory, who shared experiences, methodologies and strategies to deal more effectively with crime affecting the physical integrity of citizens.
During the meeting, emphasis was placed on the importance of integrating new criminalistic technologies with tactical field analysis. The central objective was to standardize criteria for the collection of evidence, the protection of the crime scene and the speed in resolving complex investigations, always guaranteeing strict respect for human rights and due process.
“This first meeting marks a milestone in our management, allowing us to unify technical criteria that will translate into faster and more effective responses for citizens. The investigation of crimes against persons requires, in addition to scientific rigor, an unwavering human sensitivity,” said the authorities present.
The participants agreed that continuous training and the exchange of knowledge between different delegations are essential pillars for maintaining peace and security within the national territory.
With the holding of this first meeting, the Cicpc reaffirms its commitment to remain at the forefront of criminal investigation, adapting its tactics to the demands of current reality and consolidating its position as a reference for security and justice in the country.
