of the National Risk Management System, specifically the Civil Protection System, carried out an
evaluation of the damage caused by the rains in the Montes municipality of the
state of Sucre, to know the needs of its inhabitants, as
reported on the web portal of the newspaper Úlmas Noticias.
In
this regard, it was known that the troops were deployed in the sectors: Los
Dos Ríos, Perfecto, El Maco, El Berral and Cocollar, where the rains
caused rivers and streams to overflow.
“In addition,
in the Guayabal sector, they carried out the inspection on the local bridge,
where the rise in the water level carried away the material placed for
vehicle passage,” the website published.
