CNE announced irreversible results for 68 positions in indigenous elections: 92.97% of participation

The vice-president of the National Electoral Council (CNE), Carlos Quintero, presented the partial balance of 68 positions with an irreversible tendency that represents 98.55% of the votes corresponding to the electoral contest of indigenous councilors and councilors, with a participation of more than 92% of spokespersons and spokespersons.

In addition, in telephone contact with Venezolana de Televisión (VTV), Quintero announced that starting this Monday, August 4, the CNE will award the charges irreversibly.

“With a total corresponding to 98.55% of the positions in the running, there is a participation of 92.97% of the participation of spokeswomen and spokespersons,” said the rector of the Electoral Power.

He pointed out that the Guaicaipura Chair Party obtained 40 positions, representing 58.82% of 98.53% of the positions that are already eligible; while the Conive Party obtained 15 positions, for 22.06%.

Meanwhile, the Founding Party won eight positions, representing 11.76%. Other organizations obtained six charges out of the 68 charges that so far are considered irreversible.

“The National Electoral Board calls on the members of the municipal electoral boards of the 69 municipalities located in the eight states corresponding to the election of councilors and councilors of indigenous representation to begin tomorrow, Monday, August 4, 2025 at 10 am, the process of awarding and proclaiming positions,” he said.
