To date, the National Electoral Council (CNE) has developed 39.60% of what was established in the voting schedule for July 28, said the vice-president of the CNE, Carlos Quintero.

“As of today, we have an increase of 27% of the activities carried out on the electoral schedule, while in progress we have another 13%, for a total of 39.60%. We still have 60% left to start,” he said in statements made this Monday.

In this regard, he noted that to date 428,000 people have registered in the Permanent Electoral Register (REP), while stressing that it will remain open until April 26.

“This means that voters are motivated to participate in the upcoming elections,” he said.
