The meeting between the National Electoral Council (CNE) and representatives of the European Union (EU) exploratory mission has been successfully concluded in Caracas.

In a report prepared by Venezolana de Televisión, he points out that this meeting marks a significant step towards consolidating the electoral process for the next presidential elections on July 28.

From the headquarters of the CNE, the European delegation was welcomed, which will play a crucial role in monitoring the next electoral event.

This is the first delegation of observers to arrive in Venezuela, which arrived in the country last Sunday, who, after this first meeting, are planning different protocol activities.

The presence of the exploratory mission is a testament to the international commitment to the legitimacy and integrity of the Venezuelan elections.

In this regard, the CNE extended invitations to several international organizations to join the observation process. The participation of these entities is essential to ensure the fairness and transparency of suffrage.

Experts from the United Nations (UN) and representatives of the Carter Center are expected to arrive in the country in the coming weeks to complete the first phase of meetings of international observers.
