CNT will present the Toñito show at the Arena del Nuevo Circo

More than 30 people will be present on stage

The National Theater Company (CNT) will premiere next Wednesday, August 21 at 7:00 p.m., the Toñito performance show at the facilities of the New Circus of Caracas, as part of the commemorative activities of the Bicentennial of the Battles of Junín and Ayacucho.

According to information from Venezolana de Televisión, the show will stand out for its fire management, and will bring together theater, dance, singing, music and circus; under the direction of Carlos Arroyo, director of the CNT.

This show, which runs until August 25, is based on the homonymous play by Néstor Caballero, which recounts the life of Venezuelan hero Antonio José de Sucre and praises the participation of the patriot army in the liberation of South America.

More than 30 people will be present on stage, with the complexity of having fire as the main element of the scenes. The actors in charge of the interpretation include Dora Farías, Livia Méndez, Omar Churión, Ariana León, Andersson Figueroa, Miguel Ángel Treccia, Yhannelys Medina, Gema Castro, César Castillo, Eliné Figueroa, Keyla Guerrero, Yendy Vegas, Irmary Mota, Lenin Antequera, Kenyerli Gelvis, Sara Escalona, Sebastián Quevedo and Amilkar García, along with Jesús Plaza and Yonel Rivas, as guest actors.

The show will also include the participation of the Grupo Estable Canto Lírico Estudio by the teacher María Elena Vargas together with Adolfo Sapene, Ángela Marrero, Inés Arellano, Juan Montero and Nelson Anzola, some of whom belong to the choir of the Teresa Carreño Theater.
