Cojedes schools open their doors to offer a vacation plan to the little ones

The state of Cojedes launched the August Open School Plan 2026 in its nine municipalities, an initiative that seeks to offer healthy leisure, recreation and comprehensive care to children during the holidays. The deployment was characterized by enthusiasm and massive participation in the start of this vacation day, as reported by the Venezuelan News Agency citing a press release from the Education portfolio.

The official launch took place at the Manuel Manrique National Bolivarian High School, where a weekly program was presented with daily activities: Mondays are dedicated to ecology, Tuesdays to tourism, Wednesdays to culture, Thursdays to recreation and Fridays to family reunion. The structure of the plan responds to the need to maintain active educational spaces for children's enjoyment.

The vacation program was coordinated by the Government to ensure the continuity of the School Food Program, and thus guarantee the food plate to each participant. In this way, the plan combined recreational care with nutritional support throughout the school recess period, said the Education portfolio.
