Colombian President arrived in Venezuela to meet with his counterpart Nicolás Maduro

As announced by the Head of State, this Tuesday, the President of the Republic of Colombia, Gustavo Petro, arrived at Maiquetía International Airport, Simón Bolívar.

The Colombian Head of State was received by the Minister of Popular Power for Foreign Affairs, Yván Gil; who was recently in the city of Cúcuta, regarding the First Meeting of the Monitoring Mechanism of the Colombia-Venezuela Neighborhood and Integration Commission.

It is expected that the Neogr Anadino president will develop a work agenda with his counterpart, to address issues of common interest and to deepen cooperation with Caracas.

The Venezuelan president, during the 40th broadcast of his weekly program Con Maduro+, assured that Colombia and Venezuela have great joint objectives.
