The governor of the state of Anzoátegui, Luis Marcano, reported that the Luisa Cáceres de Arismendi commune has benefited from the 2025 Community Asphalt Plan, which allocated 650 tons of asphalt to pave streets 1, 3, 4 and 5, in addition to carrying out patching work on the main street.

In this regard, he indicated that this effort is framed within the five thousand tons of asphalt destined for the Simón Bolívar municipality, which is currently registering an increase of 93% in these works.

During a recent inspection tour, the governor was accompanied by the Secretary General of Government, Katiuska Homsi, and the mayor of the Simón Bolívar municipality, Sugey Herrera. During this visit, they highlighted the positive impact that these efforts have had on community mobility and development, according to a note from Venezolana de Televisión (VTV).

“The transformation of our cities and communities remains a priority. The 2025 Community Asphalt Plan reaffirms our commitment to ensuring tangible benefits for the population and promoting the integral growth of the region,” Homsi said through his social networks.
