A total of 1,799 community rooms of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) were installed in Aragua to monitor the vote on July 28. This was announced by the liaison of the national leadership of the political organization in the entity, Ricardo Molina, during a visit to the room in the José Gregorio Hernández neighborhood in Maracay.
“We are touring the community rooms and we have seen how they are organized, everyone is clear about the work that needs to be done, with their responsibilities well distributed and with the decision to go out and vote for the peace candidate, the Venezuelan economic development candidate, Nicolás Maduro Moros,” he said, quoted in a press release.
He pointed out the tasks that these community rooms have throughout the state, before, during and after the elections: monitoring the population, developing political activism in the streets, as well as monitoring the 1x10x7 electoral of the PSUV and keeping alert to possible sources of violence on the part of the opposition group.
“Every boss or boss of 1x10x7 comes to these rooms to report that their task is ready, if they don't, we look for them and support them in checking that those who have written down in the 1x10x7 exist and that they are going to vote on July 28,” he said.
