Comprehensive maintenance in electrical substations benefits more than 148,000 people from Barinas

The working class of the National Electric Corporation (CORPOELEC) was deployed in the Barinas I, II and III, Socopó and Libertad substations, to carry out comprehensive maintenance tasks for the benefit of more than 148,000 users in the municipalities of Antonio José de Sucre, Rojas, Sosa, Pedraza and capital.

These maneuvers carried out to optimize the performance of the Negro Primero, Las Palmas, Centro, Hospital, Ticoporo, Miri, Parángula, La Hormiga, Borburata, Condibaca, Santa Rosa, Dolores, Otters 34.5 kV, Alto Barinas, Expresa, Centro Norte circuits, among others, included the improvement of power equipment, part adjustments, component adaptation and correction of hot spots.

According to a press release, the recovery and maintenance of these electrical assets not only ensure a more robust service for homes, but they also support productive infrastructure and health services, meeting the safety and efficiency standards required by the state power company.
