Contemporary Art Museum offers free holiday workshops for children and teenagers

Children and adolescents will be able to participate free of charge in the vacation program “Maccarcionales 2026", organized by the Department of Education of the Museum of Contemporary Art of Caracas Armando Reverón (MACCAR), together with the National Museums Foundation (FMN).

According to information from Venezolana de Televisión, the agenda, which runs from August 12 to 29, includes workshops on creative recycling, reading, painting, sculpture, puppet design, traditional dance, as well as recreational activities and film screenings aimed at children and young people.

Among the proposals are Imaginary Faces, Reading and Creating, Workshop Run, Create and Play, Master Reverón: The Puppeteer and Madamas de Caracas, aimed at stimulating creativity and bringing participants closer to different artistic and cultural expressions.

The program will end on August 29 with a presentation by the Gavidanzas Foundation, dedicated to the ancient movement and Venezuelan traditions. Registrations and inquiries are made through the email [email protected].
