Copa Airlines enables direct flights between Panama City and Barquisimeto

This Monday, Copa Airlines began direct operations between Tocumen International Airport, in Panama City, and Jacinto Lara in Barquisimeto.

This new route will have a frequency of three flights per week, allowing a direct connection between the state of Lara and the airline's connection center in Panamanian territory, according to national media.

This measure is part of a plan to expand air connectivity to Venezuela that envisages a new destination for the coming weeks.

According to the established schedule, as of June 2, the company will enable the route that will connect Panama City with Barcelona, Anzoátegui state.
