CORPOELEC clears more than 152 kilometers of vegetation in Táchira

During 2025, the National Electric Corporation (CORPOELEC) carried out Vegetation Control tasks that totaled 152,895 kilometers served, ensuring the supply of energy for approximately one million inhabitants of Tachirense.
The preventive maneuvers responded to requests made by users through the VenApp technology platform of the 1×10 Good Governance, providing immediate attention to the reports and thus continuing to guarantee the fluidity of energy service to users in the Andean state, details a press release.
During the clearing days, the Vegetation Programming and Control (PCV) crews favored a total of 78 circuits, belonging to the transmission and distribution system in the different communities belonging to the 29 municipalities of Tachira.
These actions are part of the strategic plans that CORPOELEC promotes with the objective of strengthening the National Electric System (SEN) and continuing to provide a reliable and safe service to the People's Power.
