CORPOELEC evaluates strategic projects to optimize electrical service

The execution of strategic projects planned for the first quarter of 2026 was evaluated during a session of the Technical Committee for Analysis and Decision-making of the National Electric Corporation (Corpoelec), led by the Minister of People's Power for Electric Energy, Jorge Márquez, in San Bernardino, Caracas.

The meeting convenes experts from the areas of generation, distribution and transmission, as well as territorial managers, vice-ministers and general managers to reinforce action mechanisms that allow us to respond in a timely manner to demands.

It also analyzes recent contributions to the consolidation of the National Electricity System (SEN), such as the one recently registered on Line 1 Tablazo-Cuatricentenario, where 10 kilometers of wiring are replaced to optimize supply in the state of Zulia.

The meeting consolidates working methods to ensure effective response to requests channeled into the 1×10 System of Good Governance regarding breakdowns, public lighting, installation of equipment and vegetation control, as part of the instructions drawn up by the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, and the president in charge, Delcy Rodríguez.
