CORPOELEC installed 100 transformers to improve service in Barinas

To provide care for more than 8,000 families, the working class of the National Electric Corporation (CORPOELEC) installed 104 transformers in ten municipalities in the state of Barinas.

The 25, 37.5, 50 and 75 kVA equipment improves voltage levels and makes it possible to increase capacity in the different assisted sectors.

According to a press release from CORPOELEC, during the installation process, the personnel placed crosspieces, fittings, insulators, power cutters, fuses, conductors, fuses and fuse holders, for the redistribution of loads in specific areas.

In addition, essential components were replaced, in order to guarantee a reliable power supply to the users of the land entity.
