The National Electric Corporation (CORPOELEC) installed 48 distribution transformers last April in the state of Mérida, to benefit more than 720 families in five territorial axes of the Andean entity.
According to a press release, the technical deployment made it possible to optimize electricity service in prioritized communities, from urban areas to hard-to-reach rural sectors located in the municipalities of Aricagua, Caracciolo Parra Olmedo, Libertador, Sucre, Alberto Adriani, Antonio Pinto Salinas, Bishop Ramos de Lora, Julio César Salas, Tovar, Santos Marquina, Arzobispo Chacón and Rangel.
The requests were answered through the 1×10 Good Governance system, a tool promoted by the Bolivarian Government to guarantee attention to the breakdowns reported by the People's Power.
