With the objective of boosting energy transmission, the National Electric Corporation (CORPOELEC) tackled the Santa Teresa III and Santa Lucía substations, benefiting 57,880 families in the state of Miranda.

These are actions framed in the Plan for the Stabilization and Strengthening of the National Electrical System (SEN), which included maintenance and electrical tests of bar, line and transfer disconnectors in the municipalities of Paz Castillo and Independencia.

According to the press release, specialized personnel replaced electrical components, checked the airtightness of locks, and cleaned and readjusted terminal blocks.

Additionally, the Programming and Vegetation Control crews carried out weeding work at the Santa Teresa III substation, helping to minimize risks and strengthening the stability of the Electrical System.
